Instructions on withdrawal from the contract
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which you receive the goods.
If you have ordered several products in a single order and these products are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the date on which you receive the last product delivered.
2. How to Withdraw from the Contract
You may notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract:
- by e-mail at: info@simicekovska.com
- by post or together with the returned goods to: MediaBrothers, s. r. o., Office 142, Vajnorská 142, 831 04 Bratislava
- through an online withdrawal function or withdrawal form, if available in the Online Shop
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory. It is sufficient to clearly inform us that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
3. Online Withdrawal
If the Online Shop provides a function labelled, for example, “Withdraw from the Contract Here”, you may exercise your right of withdrawal using this function.
After submitting your withdrawal online, we will confirm receipt of your notification by e-mail.
4. Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal from the contract.

The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.
We recommend returning the goods securely packaged. In the case of prints, we recommend using the original tube or other sturdy packaging to prevent damage during transport.
5. Costs of Returning the Goods
If you withdraw from the contract for reasons unrelated to a defect in the product, you, as the Buyer, bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
6. Refund
Following your withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you in connection with the returned goods, including the cost of standard delivery.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery method offered in the Online Shop, the difference between the cost of the least expensive standard delivery and the more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back to us.
7. Liability for Diminished Value of the Goods
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
The goods should not be damaged, soiled, used or otherwise diminished in value.
8. When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, in cases specified by applicable law.
As we do not currently sell personalised products or products made according to the customer’s individual specifications, standard products purchased through the Online Shop may be returned within the statutory withdrawal period, provided that the conditions set out above are met.
